Creation of detailed plans according to German standards and norms (HOAI, DIN).
Close collaboration with the German planning team via digital platforms (video conferences, project management tools).
Coordination of detailed planning and communication with specialist planners.
Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of planning documents.
Leading the Firm’s Architectural Team
Establishing standards, planning process, BIM workflow, recruitment & capacity building, commissioning & operation
Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the team or individuals in work planning, task management, project controlling & monitoring (timelines / submittals, hourly recording, performance review).
Support of the planning team in creating BIM models and plans in each design phases
Project Administration (Tendering and proposals, Project Setup & Organization, Progress monitoring, Project constraints & mitigation, Claims and additional service management)
Time and Quality Management / Responsible that Deliverables are in compliance with the Contract Conditions, in particular time schedule and quality.
Being the Contact Point to Clients / Communication & Coordination with Clients on Delivery Schedule,
Project Base Documents, Client’s requests, clarifications etc.,
Project Filing including Receipt of Client’s Project Documents, Submittal of Deliverables to Client etc.
Assist in Interviews with potential candidates.
Organize the training to employees on CAD software, quality check & production.
Establishing and maintaining standard workflow & process, support in establishing & optimizing standard operating procedures.

WORKING TIME: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
About the Role
Requirements
Completed study / graduated in architecture or a comparable qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D Modelling and drafting (preferably in LPH 5 according to HOAI).
Extensive knowledge of Revit or comparable software.
Familiarity with German construction projects.
Proficiency in English is mandatory (speaking and writing skills), proficiency in German is preferred (not required).
Independent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team.
