Position: BIM Engineer (Allplan Software)

WORK LOCATION: 24A Street 12, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

WORKING TIME: From Monday to Friday as per Company regulation

​

Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:

  • Reporting to Team Leader.

  • Coordination with the Team Leader on work & team planning, project tasks, delivery schedule (quality check, deadlines to Client).

  • Drawing production (preparing of structural detailed design drawings) in compliance with Company Standards, e.g. reinforced concrete structural formwork drawings & reinforcement drawings.

  • Review of project base documents (such as static analysis, architectural drawings, Client’s comments, checker engineer comments etc.) and preparing clarification register.

  • Communication with In-house drawing checker engineer on the findings and corrections to be incorporated until the drawings are rectified and the final product can be delivered to the Project Manager.

Qualification / Employment Criteria:

We currently hire employees as drafting engineers on junior and senior levels:

​Junior Level​

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Graduates and engineers without experiences in Allplan and preparing construction design drawings acc. to Eurocode.

  • Able communicate, to read and understand technical document and drawing in English.

  • Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure.

  • Team work, accuracy, tidiness, cooperation and willing to learn.

  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.

​Senior Level​

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Engineer with min. 1 year experience in detailed design drawings (acc. European Standard) applying ALLPLAN software.

  • Able communicate, to read and understand technical document and drawing in English.

  • Team work, accuracy, tidiness, cooperation and willing to learn.

  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.

Note: Company to provide training in using the software and technical standards applied for the projects.

Position: HVAC Engineer (Revit software)

WORK LOCATION: 24A Street 12, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

WORKING TIME: From Monday to Friday as per Company regulation

Position Overview:

We are seeking HVAC Engineers with a technical background in HVAC design and proven skills in Autodesk Revit.

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning) for building projects according to international and German standards.

  • Create, modify, and manage MEP Revit models, ensuring accurate and coordinated system layouts.

  • Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and duct/piping design.

  • Collaborate with architects, structural, and other MEP engineers to ensure seamless integration of systems.

​

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Mechanical engineering, Building Services, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in HVAC design (consulting or contracting).

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (modeling, coordination, documentation).

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC standards, codes, and best practices (ASHRAE, DIN, EN).

  • Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.

  • English required.

Position: Project Manager

WORK LOCATION: 24A Street 12, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

WORKING TIME: From Monday to Friday as per Company regulation

Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:

  • Report to Technical Director

  • Project Administration

o Project Setup & Organization.
o Progress monitoring, approved / not approved drawing packages etc.

o Payment schedule monitoring.
o Project constraints.
o Claims and additional service management.

  • Time and Quality Management / Responsible that Deliverables are in Compliance with the Contract Conditions, in particular time Schedule (Submission of Deliverables) and Quality.

  • Being the Contact Point to Clients / Communication & Coordination with Clients on Delivery Schedule, Project Base Documents, Client’s requests, Checking Engineer Comments, clarifications etc.

  • Project Filing including Receipt of Client’s Project Documents, Submittal of Deliverables to Client etc.

  • Close Coordination with Team Leader (of in-house Drafting Team and External Sub-Consultant) on Delivery Schedule and Tasks (for example preparation of clarification lists, preparation of reinforcement detailing of structural elements as slabs, walls, columns, beams, Client’s comments etc.).

  • Close Coordination with Checking Engineer on tasks regarding checking of drawings to be in compliance with:

o Static analysis and positioning drawings.

o Architecture drawing.
o Checker comments.
o Technical clarifications.

o Client’s change requests.
o Coordination with Firm’s internal Drawing Team and Sub-consultants on the findings and corrections to be done until the drawings are rectified, and the final product can be delivered to the Client.

  • Final Check of Deliverables “ready” to submit to Client.​

Qualification / Employment Criteria:

We currently hire employees as project manager as follows: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Engineer with min. 1 year experience in managing projects at detailed design stage (acc. European Standard - Euro code).

  • Able to read and understand technical documents (statical analysis etc.) and drawings in English & German.

  • Good knowledge in structural detailing (formwork, reinforcement).

  • Good communication and negotiation skills with Clients.

  • Team work, accuracy, tidiness, cooperation and willing to learn.

  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.

  • ​German Language Level: Min. A2 (B2 preferably).

Position: QA Engineer

WORK LOCATION: 24A Street 12, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:

  • Reporting and Coordination: Report and Coordinate with the Project Manager and Team Leader on Administrative Tasks, Work & Team Planning, Project Tasks, Delivery Schedule (internal quality check, deadlines to Client).

  • Quality check of formwork and reinforcement drawings on compliance with:

o Static analysis and positioning drawings o Architecture drawing.

o Checker comments.

o Technical clarifications.

o Client’s change requests.

  • Coordination with Firm’s Drawing Team and Sub-consultants on the findings and corrections to be done until the drawings are rectified and the final product to be delivered to the Project Manager.

  • Support in maintenance the filing system for project files, technical standards and drawing detail catalogue

  • Support in optimizing standard operating procedures such as drawing quality check procedure.

​

Qualification / Employment Criteria:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Engineer with min. 1 year experience in detailed design drawings (acc. European Standard).

  • Able to operate ALLPLAN software is preferred but not a MUST.

  • Able communicate, to read and understand technical document and drawing in English.

  • Team work, accuracy, tidiness, cooperation and willing to learn.

  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
